Language Tuition in the Exeter Area

Being passionate about the subject of the English Language when I graduated from English studies it was a natural step for me to become an English teacher. It seemed logical; after all English language study gave me great enjoyment. I attended a teacher’s training college in Elbląg, Poland where I qualified as an English language teacher to teach English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) to students of all ages.

Since then I have moved to live and work in England where the Training and Development Agency for Schools (TDA England and Wales) confirmed my teachers training and awarded me with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Because QTS does not cover post 16 I decided to study PTTLS at South Devon College, Paignton, England. PTTLS formally qualifies me to teach adults.

Polish language lessons in Exeter

If you are interested in learning Polish I can teach you using a variety of language teaching methods. I teach the Polish language to both children and adults. The children I teach are normally Polish themself where parents are taking the care that there child do not lose their roots as far as the Polish language is concerned. Whereas the adults I teach are normally not Polish but are interested in Polish lessons for beginners and Polish lessons for intermediates.

You can choose one to one Polish lessons or Polish classes. Polish language classes can be in pairs or in groups or at St. Peter’s Language College, Exeter where I teach a Polish language class of adults once a week and have been since 2008.

English language lessons in Exeter

If you are interested in learning English I can teach you using a variety of language teaching methods. After teaching English as a foreign language in Exeter over time I have found two main types of client. The first types are adult Polish students that are motivated to learn or recap the English language. This can be business English or general English but is normally studied for reasons of professional development. The second type of client are very young primary school children where parants are concerned about their child understanding English at school.

You can choose one to one English lessons or English classes. English language classes can be in pairs or in groups.
